Calls and texts from the app show your business number. Nobody hands out a personal cell.

Pick your days and times. After hours, calls can still ring, or go straight to a text or the receptionist.

Phones, tablets, foldables, computers
Use it in the browser on any computer, iPhone or Android phone, and add it to your home screen like an app. On tablets and foldables it opens up into a two-pane view: your calls on one side, the keypad or conversation on the other.
An Android app is on its way to Google Play. Sign in with a code sent to your email, or with your fingerprint or face. No passwords to forget.

Need more? Extra 100 minutes $7, extra 100 texts $4.50, extra AI minutes $0.24 each (CAD + HST; US$5, US$3 and US$0.17 outside Canada), added to next month's bill. Prices may change. We always ask you first, and you can stop at the end of the month you've paid for.
Call and text history is deleted after 90 days. Recording is off until you switch it on, and each time it starts the other person hears "This call is being recorded". Recordings are saved on the device that made them unless you turn on backup. Features that touch privacy show you a clear warning first, and nothing turns on until you accept. No ads, no analytics. Read the privacy policy.
We set up your number, hours and missed-call text, add your team, and show everyone how it works. Already have a website chat from us? Pro shows the details a customer gave it when that customer calls.
FAQ
No. Suvel Connect runs on the phones and computers your team already has, in the browser or as an app on the home screen.
The call goes to your mobile. If that isn't answered either, the caller gets your missed-call text. With the AI receptionist, it answers and takes their details instead.
On the Pro plan, yes. The other person always hears an announcement when recording starts. You're responsible for following the recording laws where you and your callers are; some places need everyone on the call to agree.
No. It's month to month. Cancel and the service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Businesses in Canada pay in CAD plus HST. Businesses outside Canada pay in USD with no HST.
